Pantelleria have seen passing many different cultures and civilizations. This immersive experience is an Ode to Transformation:
DAY01/ WELCOME
Day One is dedicated to our guests’ arrival. We will open the retreat with a cacao ceremony and a heartful dinner.
DAY02 /REALIZE
We will guide you to find the “aha” moment. A new and improved vision of what you expect out of life begins to develop, becoming self-aware of the change happening and your own personal evolution that is about to take place.
DAY03 / RELEASE
We will release external components that no longer serve you, leaving behind all “emotional baggage”. Letting go of the unhealthy habits, patterns and beliefs creates space for you to reinvent yourself.
DAY04 / RESTORE
We will nurture your mind, body, and spirit by allowing time to process any recent life changes so that you can ease into the integration of the next level of transformation.
DAY05/ RENEW
We will rise above the obstacles that have held us back in the past and listen to your inner voice for guidance. Seeing life differently, your desire to make a difference in the world begins. You are living in a higher state of awareness and enlightenment.
DAY06/ CREATE
We will focus our energies asking ourselves how can we contribute to make a positive impact in life and ultimately in the world, setting up a firm intention to become a better leader, a stronger communicator, and an exemplary role model for others.

For Kindra, words, movement and art are her healing tools to support individuals who are seeking to turn their wounds into wisdom. Kindra guides students to explore and experience themselves in an empowering and accessible way through the practice of yoga, intuitive movement, meditation, mantra, ritual and ceremony.

Avid traveller and wellness enthusiast, Samantha is the founder of OTIUM. With a background in luxury, she is on a mission to curate transformative retreat experiences and bring awareness to regions that are yet to be discovered.

Parco dei Sesi is located in the heart of the archaeological Sesi park in Pantelleria. The beautiful property is overlooking Africa and only 200 meters from the sea. Black volcanic stone architecture is seamlessly integrated into the landscape, surrounded by an environment filled with history, natural beauty and secular traditions which evolves with the rhythms of quiet and slow living. The facilities includes a swimming pool, yoga practise and artist studios and amazing curated exteriors.

All our workshops are opened to everyone and designed for all levels. Beginners are welcome to join.
Cautious and extra care are required during classes. By joining the classes, guests accept full responsibility for their own safety and recognize that it is their duty to ensure that they stay within their physical limits. The teacher shall not bear any responsibility for any injury sustained within the scope of their participations during the session. If you have pre-existing injuries, medical conditions or limitations, please consult a doctor before practising and inform your teacher of any issues.

Yes! For people who have the possibility to extend their stay in Italy, we are happy to share our local secret gems and craft a customized itinerary following your needs and budget.

The organizer will only accept cancellations due to serious medical reasons or cases related to Covid-19. However, the participation can be transferred to another person with approval of the organizer.
In case of force majeur or if the minimum of person required is not met where the retreat must be cancelled , the organiser will be able to cancel the retreat with a notification of min. 15 days before the retreat dates and will fully refund the total amount and the deposit paid by the guests. The organizer also recommend participant to book flexible flight tickets.
